
Melissa Majkut is a Faculty Administrator at Harvard Paulson School of Engineering and Applied Sciences. Melissa earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Communications and Journalism from Suffolk University in 2001. She began her career at Harvard in 2002, starting as a Staff Assistant for the Criminal Justice Institute at Harvard Law School. She subsequently worked as a laboratory administrator for the Center for Brain Science at Harvard Molecular and Cellular Biology (MCB) and as an Occupational Health Coordinator at the Institutional Animal Care and Use Committee at Harvard FAS. She has happily been with Harvard SEAS and the Howe lab since May 2012 and will tell you this is the best job she’s ever had and plans to retire from Harvard…in 2045.
